Pioneer Dinner Dance

Bocan Scouts
The first group council meeting of Bocan Scouts will take place on Wednesday 2 October in Bocan Den at 8pm. All parents and new members are welcome to attend.

Bocan Community Creche
Bocan community creche will hold its annual prents/public evening on Monday 30 September at 8.30pm. The committee will be stepping down and the election of a new committee will take place. Anyone who feels they would like to put themselves forward for a role is asked to attend on the night or contact the creche on 087–292 1973 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

Culdaff FC Bazaar
The annual bazaar will be held in Bocan Hall on Sunday 8 December starting at 4.45pm and ending at 7.45pm.

Culdaff FC Good As New
The club will be shortly getting the good as new shop in Carn again and all members are asked to start collecting clothes, bric-a-brac and items useful for sale in the shop.

Gleneely Colts Lotto
No winner of last week’s lotto of €2,300. The numbers were 9, 15, 19, 22. The five lucky €20 winners were: Barny Folan, Moneydarragh; Bryan McGeoghegan, Moneydarragh; Tish McGeoghegan, Moneydarragh; James Doherty, Carrahunney; Patricia McElhinney, Gleneely.

Culdaff Wee Hall
The Wee Hall continues to be available for parties, fund raising ideas and classes etc. To book the hall contact Philomena on 93–79448 or 086–841 8189.

Donagh And Culdaff Church Of Ireland
Last week of good as new shop at Unit three Business Park, Carndonagh, closing Saturday 28 September at 5pm. A big thank you to everyone for their donations and help with the shop which was much appreciated.

Coffee Morning
There will be a coffee morning in Carrick’s Bar, Gleneely, on Thursday 26 September from midday to 3pm with all proceeds in aid of the Hospice.

Craft Fair
The annual Christmas craft fair will take place in the Wee Hall Culdaff on Sunday 17 November. For bookings or enquiries contact Philomena on 93–79448 or 086–841 8189.

Cairn Theatre Group Greencastle
Present their show Famine, Feast and Folly each Tuesday evening at 8.30pm. Contact 93 81104.

Irish Dancing
Irish dancing classes continue in Bocan Hall on Mondays at 5pm and new pupils are especially welcome.

Ceili Classes Resume
Ceili classes continue in the Wee Hall Culdaff every Wednesday 9pm–11pm. New members welcome.

St Boden’s NS
St Boden’s parents committee is currently organising their autumn courses to be held in the school. Courses on offer are computers, first aid, Irish and maths subject to demand. Our School Savings Scheme is open to any new members who wish to join and save for Christmas. Feel free to pop along to the school any Friday morning 9.30–10am.
