The wedding of Kathleen Ann Kelly, Rathmullan, and Clive Watson, Moneygreggan, took place in St Catherine’s Church, Oughterlin, Rathmullan, on Saturday 21 September at 1pm. The bride was attended by chief bridesmaid Aisling Kelly, bridesmaids Marie Kerr and Margaret Ferry. Bestman was Colin Watson (brother of the groom) groomsmen were Gareth Devenney and Kieran McMonagle. Pageboys were Odhran John Kelly and Aaron Henry Watson (nephew of the groom). The celebrant was Fr Martin Collum. The lessons were read by Shaun Kelly and Charlene Hunter (sister of the groom). Prayers of the faithful were read by Paul Kelly, Collette Kelly, Damien Williamson and Helen McDaid. Music was provided by Rosie Carney. The bridal party and guests enjoyed the reception in the Ballyliffin Lodge Hotel, Ballyliffin.
A table quiz will be held in An Grianan Hotel, Burt, on Thursday 7 November at 9pm in aid of the Newtowncunningham Senior Citizen’s Christmas Party Fund.
Shoe Box Appeal
NCDI are organising the Shoe Box appeal again this year. If you are interested in filling a Shoe Box for a needy child for Christmas, you can leave it in NCDI for collection. We will have collection dates later. For details ring, Kathleen on 07491 56898.
