Centra Action Breast Cancer
A national walk will take place next Saturday 12 October starting at St Mary’s hall. Register from 10.30am – starting at 11am. Entry fee €5. Sponsorship cards available in Centra if required.

Clonmany Walk And Talk
Have you thought about going for a walk but just don’t fancy it on your own. Just come along and join us and walk at your own pace and a cup of tea or coffee after. Meet at the community centre at 11am on a Thursday and wear suitable outdoor clothing. For information 074 937 6772.

Buy A Block
Urris GAA club is running a Buy a Block fundraiser drive for the development of the new clubhouse. Individuals can contribute €10 towards buying a block, and they will be then have their name framed on the club wall along with all contributors; contact Rose Kelly on 087 777 0639.

Good As New
Rasheney FCs ‘Good as New’, shop upstairs in G&S Supermarket, Carndonagh continues throughout the coming week. Opening hours are 10am–4pm. Monday to Saturday why not pay a visit. You never know what you might find useful. A variety of items are for sale including clothes, bedclothes, curtains, books, magazines, kitchen items, toys, games, baby/children items and electrical items. Any further donations of sellable items would be greatly appreciated. We can arrange to collect your items; just call 087–249 5192.

Clonmany Sheepdog And Agricultural Show
Annual general meeting will be held in The Ballyliffin Hotel on Tuesday 15 October at 8pm. New members are especially welcome to further develop this event. Food, health, lifestyle and craft interests are underrepresented on our committee, so we especially welcome people with these interests. Ladies are also underrepresented and are welcome. All funds raised go towards the world championships in Mayo in February 2014.
