School takes part in VEC pilot scheme
Crana College has been selected by Donegal Education and Training Board (formerly Vocational Education Committee) to act as a pilot school for the introduction of iPads to pupils.
In recent weeks, iPads have been rolled out to the college’s first ever Transition Year class group who will use them throughout the school year as a way of enhancing their classroom learning and developing their ICT skills.
Speaking to the Inishowen Independent, principal Liam Galbraith welcomed the innovative approach.
