TWO MOVILLE based bodybuilders are facing their biggest ever challenge later this year as they compete in one of the most prestigious fitness competitions in the world.

In just five weeks time, Greencastle man Harry McQuillian will travel to Denmark where he will compete in the fitness category of the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion [WBFF] for the first time.

Harry, who opened HMQ Fitness two and a half years ago in Moville, will be followed by fellow fitness model, Paul McGowan from Redcastle in November when he competes in the muscle model category in the same competition in London.

However, the two local lads are no strangers to bodybuilding competitions. Just last month, Harry and Paul took Team HMQ to the Northern Ireland Fitness Model Association [NIFMA] competition in Belfast where all six contestants came home with a prize.

Paul, who has worked as a personal trainer at HMQ for the past two years, came first in five different categories, including overall winner of formal wear, physique and muscle model.
