Stunning home sold for more than three times the guide price at auction
A STUNNING Fahan home, which has tested positive for MICA, has sold at auction for almost a quarter of a million euro.
The five bedroom home in the exclusive Beacon Hill development in Fahan went on the market earlier this year with a reserve price of €80,000.
However at a public auction in Dublin at the weekend, the house sold for €246,000, despite the fact the house had tested positive for MICA Muscovite.
