Irish Water’s sticking plaster won’t solve the problem’ – Cllr Murray


IRISH WATER say ‘budgetary constraints’ are the reason why water pipes between the Eddie Fullerton Dam and South Inishowen aren’t being replaced.

Donegal County Councillor Jack Murray has slammed this decision, saying it’s not acceptable.

He said water outages are happening nearly on a monthly basis with the Bridgend area being one of the most affected.

Theses outages, he says, not only affect residents, but businesses and local schools too.
