‘Great day’ for Donegal as Pieta House opens its doors

 

Inishowen man is new centre manager in Letterkenny

THE INISHOWEN man in charge of the running of the new Pieta House in Letterkenny, says yesterday was a great day for Donegal.

Just 18 months after the idea of Pieta House North West was pitched, the new centre was open for business yesterday.

New centre manager, Gleneely father of five Dominick Gallagher, says if it wasn’t for the massive fundraising campaign in Donegal, they would not be where they are today.

“We have a strong and committed fundraising committee who have did some brilliant work for us, without them we wouldn’t be where we are today,” said Dominick.
