SEAMUS COLEMAN said he is fully committed to making a full recovery following his horrific double leg break, which he received during the World Cup Qualifier against Wales in March.
Speaking at a special civic reception in which he honoured by receiving the freedom of Donegal on Friday, Coleman said the injury was a set back but the Everton star is recovering and is still hungry to succeed at Premier League level.
The Killybegs man was joined at the ceremony in Lifford by his wife Rachel, his daughter Lily, his mother Maire, his father Henry and his brothers Stevie and Francis
Speaking at the ceremony an emotional Coleman said that he was shocked to receive this honour and that this award would take pride of place in his home.
