McConalogue calls on government to do more about MICA

AN INISHOWEN TD has called on the government to do more for people affected by MICA in Donegal.

Deputy Charlie McConalogue says the Government to give a firm commitment that a MICA redress scheme will be set up immediately.

He says the Minister’s lack of action on MICA is not good enough.

The Fianna Fáil TD made the comments following an appearance on Prime Time to discuss the issue with Junior Housing Minister Damien English.

The RTE programme travelled to Donegal once again to look at the impact of MICA on the lives of those affected.
