THE MICA Action Group is ‘hopeful’ that its aim of financial help for all homeowners caught up in the defective blocks crisis will gain ‘further traction’ at a key meeting in the county today.

Members of the lobby will meet Minister of State for Housing Damien English in Lifford this morning, with a plan for financial redress topping their wish list.

Secretary of the Mica action Group, Eileen Doherty says members ‘will not stop’ until everyone affected by mica has been helped out of the ongoing crisis.
