Meet some of our editorial staff:
Damian Dowds – Editor
Damian studied at NUI Maynooth and worked with Intel Ireland on graduation. Followings stints working as a civil servant in Leinster House, and with magazine publisher Ashville Media, he returned to Inishowen to set up the Inishowen Independent in 2007.
Caoimhinn Barr – Reporter
Caoimhinn studied at University College Cork, completing a degree in English and sociology in 1998. He worked at the Derry Journal, Donegal Democrat and Donegal On Sunday newspapers before joining the Inishowen Independent editorial team in 2009.
